released by the Arizona Real Estate Center at the W. P. Carey School
of Business, Arizona State University. I, however, may occasionally
make an error when handling the ASU data.
Be careful. Comparing sale prices from two months can be
misleading. For example, some of the price changes from April 2003
to April 2004 were very different compared to the changes from May
2003 to May 2004. You should look at prices over a few months to
determine trends.
