Jim is efficient, neat and clean and more importantly shows up and does a great job. I had a small business involving digital photography for people who lived out of state and I would keep them current throughout the entire constructions stages. (HomesitePhotos) many of the clients that I served I also recommended him to them for various jobs both small and large. Even as we speak! Again, Jim has done work for me and will continue to do so as long as the quality of his service remains to my satisfaction. I would not recommend him to my clients if I felt uncomfortable with the work he has done for me. He might not be the least expensive but his quality of work meets with his costs. Reliable and a good guy. Mayer • Hello John -- I know an excellent "handyman" who does work for people all over the Valley, (but prefers not to go "too far Way out West" :). He does outstanding work and can offer references from many people and jobs well done. His name is Phill Elwardt and his number is 602-349-0403. For regular jobs (something outside of an emergency situation or situation where a contractor left someone in the loop) he is booked through March (that should say something about how good his work is considering no advertising), but if you're looking for someone to work with on a regular basis in the future-- he's your man! Carrie • Were you going to be specific on the type of work? I can do a lot of things. However, if your client is looking to pour a concrete patio or rewire their home it might be a little different. I can install cable, install irrigation systems, help design a landscape, frame a room, installing drywall, epoxy garage floors and other things of that nature. I can also, depending on the symptoms; I can repair some appliances (i.e.-Heating Element in a Dryer, VCR’s, etc.). Is this the type of thing you are considering? If so, I could be available evenings or on the weekends. I work a full time job in the day time so I would have to do this part time. Let me know. Basically, for a very small fee you can access their reference data base - businesses cannot pay to join. It • Try Handyman of Arizona. I have hired them for a few different jobs from installing tile countertops, putting in base boards to hanging a ceiling fan on my high ceilings. Brad does good work. The number is 602-404-1344.
