Home Sale News is published weekly free of charge by John L. Wake. John is also a Realtor with HomeSmart Real Estate of Phoenix, Arizona.

Home Sale News, which started publication in June 2001, is now one of the oldest and largest email publications about real estate in Arizona.

A total of 119 newsletters are published each week. Each newsletter details the individual homes sold and homes for sale in one zip code in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Over 50,000 e-newsletters are sent out each week to over 16,000 individuals. The average reader subscribes to over 3 zip codes.

Home Sale News is designed to make it easy for subscribers to follow the prices of homes sold and homes for sale in their zip code. To learn more about how subscribers use Home Sale News, please read the testimonials.

Of course, Home Sale News includes the property address and sale price, but it also includes the square footage, cost per square foot, year built, total rooms and baths, a link to an aerial map and a link to more data from the Maricopa County Assessor.

The mapping feature is particularly useful. Subscribers click the address of a home to see it's location on Google Maps.

Home Sale News links directly to its sister publication, Arizona Real Estate Notebook, a blog which includes original, exclusive research and analysis on the Phoenix area real estate market.

Further, Arizona Real Estate Notebook includes a column on Arizona real estate law, a mortgage rate chart including the Freddie Mac rate forecast, and links to many national real estate columnists, including Bob Bruss.
